I wish we could control the weather ((trust me -- it would be sunny & warm ALL THE TIME if it were up to me)) but unfortunately, we cannot.
We've received numerous calls about Friday's route.
Our guys have been trying their hardest to get Friday customers picked up, but it has been hard. There is no way to 'push back' our other route days so they have been picking up their normal routes plus trying to get some of the Friday customers.
We've been asked if credits will be given -- if you take off your trash yourself then yes, we will give you a credit. If you do not take the trash off yourself then we will be picking up two weeks worth of garbage on Friday therefore no credit will be given.
Again, I wish we could control the weather, but we cannot.
